アイソレーターとは
無菌動物の作出と育成（無菌動物実験・系統維持）を目的として開発されました。
トランスジェニックマウスやノックアウトマウスなどの遺伝子組み換え生物はカルタヘナ法
（カルタヘナ議定書：2003年9月発効）により『適切な拡散防止措置をとらなければならない』という法律が
施工され、これに準拠した方法をとらなければならなくなりました。
従って、遺伝子改変動物の飼育および実験には逃亡防止策がとられなければならない現在、飼育設備として
一番安価で取り扱いやすく安全なものはアイソレーターです。
アイソレーターの材質は目的に合わせ塩化ビニール製、ステンレス製などの製作が可能であり、各種動物の
使用目的にあわせて自由に設計製作することが可能です。
また、使用後の滅菌が可能で、拡散防止にも有効です。

It was developed for the purpose of producing and raising germ-free animals (germ-free animal experiments and strain maintenance). Genetically modified organisms such as transgenic mice and knockout mice are subject to the Cartagena Law (Cartagena Protocol: effective September 2003), which mandates that "appropriate measures to prevent dissemination must be taken." Therefore, in order to raise and experiment with genetically modified animals, measures to prevent escape must be implemented. Currently, the most cost-effective, easy-to-handle, and safe equipment for this is an isolator. The materials for the isolator can be manufactured from PVC, stainless steel, etc., according to the purpose, allowing for free design and manufacturing based on the intended use for various animals. Additionally, it can be sterilized after use and is effective for preventing the spread of contamination. Our company will continue to pursue design and manufacturing, striving to gain recognition from various research departments in medicine, pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, food, and more.
